PROVISIONAL NOTES
The provisional notes of the tests are listed below. Once the notes of the last instrument to be auditioned are posted, a period of 3 business days will begin to present allegations. The end date of this period will be informed on the web.
Clarification of violin notes: Once the violin notes were published with one decimal place, these notes were replaced by the lists with the notes with two decimal places, to later form the bag with a more precise order of priority. Additionally, a typographical error was corrected.
Note on the provisional lists: From the publication on 11/21/2021 of the notes of the last instrument that has been tested (bass trombone), the period of 3 days to make claims begins. The last day of this period will be Wednesday 11/24/2021.

NOTE RELATING TO THE MODIFICATION OF THE BASES:
– New deadline for submitting applications of 15 calendar days for people with disabilities in accordance with the legislation of the Basic Statute of Public Employees, adding the Tenth Base for this purpose.
– Appointment of alternates for the president and members of the Court.
– Modification of the harp syllabus, and elimination of “piccolo” in the trumpet syllabus.
– Clarification of causes of exclusion: Failure to present the identification document (DNI, NIE, passport) or failure to present the higher title.
– Audition procedure: The two exercises or tests to be carried out by each candidate will be consecutive and with a curtain.
It should be noted that all the actions carried out so far are preserved and the selective procedure continues, having to wait for the publication of the provisional lists that ends within 15 days for the presentation of people who comply with the provisions of the Base Tenth (people with disabilities).

NOTE CONCERNING THE CATALAN LEVEL:
The level of Catalan B1 will be required in those hires higher in one year (internships for more than one year). Either the corresponding Catalan certificate or the sworn statement of which a model has been attached must be presented.NOTE REGARDING THE PRESENTATION OF INSTANCES AND DOCUMENTATION:
The presentation of the documentation by email is not valid and will imply the non-admission of the same.
The applications and documentation must be presented, as a preferred option, to the Foundation’s offices (c. Vicenç Joan i Rosselló 22B).
If it is not possible to deliver the documentation in person, it can be sent by post. It will be essential to send it to informacio@simfonicadebalears.com justifying the presentation of the documentation to the Post Office or any other postal service. Failure to send said receipt will imply the non-admission of the documentation.

A period is opened until Wednesday 02/17/2021 to present allegations to the provisional list. You will have to inform the email address informacio@simfonicadebalears.com of the presentation of allegations in other official registries that are not the Foundation registry at c. Vicenç Joan Rosselló 22B from Palma.
The interview is set for next Friday, February 19, in a period between 9 am and 12 noon, which will be specified by phone each applicant.Update (01/28/2021):
Exam date: 02/10/2021.
Place: EBAP building (c / Gremio de Corredores No. 10 floor, 3.º de Palma).
Time: Applicants will have to appear at 9:00 am and the call for identification will be made.
Estimated duration: 3 and a half hours.
Normative texts may not be used during the theoretical part, but can be used for the practical part. The normative texts may not be commented texts.
Applicants must bring: mask, pen and ID.
The Foundation will provide the necessary folios and hydroalcoholic gel.
The EBAP room where the examination will take place has been enabled to comply with the safety distances established by health regulations.
